Stress can have both positive and negative effects on our well-being. On one hand, it can motivate us and drive us to peak performance. On the other hand, long-term and chronic stress can lead to physical and mental health problems. It is therefore of great importance to recognize stress and take active measures to cope with it. Together, we will identify the individual stress factors affecting you and determine how you can regain full energy and balance in your daily life
Through appropriate laboratory diagnostic tests, we will develop a treatment plan that includes various approaches. These may include relaxation techniques, acupuncture, targeted micronutrient therapy, iv-treatments, a healthy diet, herbal adaptogens, regular physical activity, breathing exercises and sufficient restful sleep.

From the beginning of puberty to the onset of menopause, the female body is subject to sensitive hormonal fluctuations. Even minor imbalances in stress and sex hormones can have a significant impact on our well-being. It is important to me to impart knowledge about a naturally regulated cycle, a healthy approach to the body and sexuality, as well as the influence of hormones and nutrition on well-being.
In my therapy concepts, there is a special focus on harmonizing the hormone balance and considering the interaction of various hormonal organs such as ovaries, uterus, pituitary gland, hypothalamus, thyroid, and adrenal glands. The hormonal balance can be disrupted by various factors, such as problems with the elimination of toxins, as is the case with the metabolic disorder HPU/KPU. Sufficient supply of micronutrients and cofactors plays a crucial role in this regard. Hormone saliva tests, blood analyses, or urine tests can reveal deficiencies and imbalances in order to initiate targeted therapeutic measures.

A disrupted gut health can lead to a variety of symptoms that go beyond the gut. A damaged intestinal lining can impair nutrient absorption and lead to deficiencies. Additionally, an imbalanced gut flora can weaken the immune system.
The gut also plays an important role in the production of neurotransmitters like serotonin, which influence mood and sleep and cannot be externally supplied. Even in young children from a few months after birth, a stool sample analysis can be conducted in the laboratory.

The journey to parenthood often unfolds differently than hoped. This can be a very emotional and challenging time for all involved. It is important to understand that the reasons for infertility can be complex and may equally involve both the woman and the man.
As a naturopath, I want to help you achieve your dream of having your own child by offering holistic support for fertility as well as natural remedies alongside conventional fertility treatments.
Naturopathy offers various approaches to support fertility, such as herbal tinctures or tea blends, aromatherapy, Bach flower remedies, anthroposophic and homeopathic remedies, as well as acupuncture. To prepare your body optimally for pregnancy, I will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs and daily life.
To improve fertility, I particularly like to use methods from Traditional Chinese Medicine such as moxibustion, cupping, or acupuncture. These treatments can be safely combined with other fertility-enhancing therapies. In this approach, not only the physical causes of infertility are addressed but also the emotional aspects such as stress, past traumas, or emotional blockages.
It is important to emphasize that naturopathy can support not only female fertility but also offer approaches to improve male fertility. Therefore, it is advisable and desirable to involve your partner in the treatment to work together towards your goal. I work empathetically and understandingly to support you both during this challenging time.
Smoking is a widespread phenomenon worldwide. According to statistics from the Robert Koch Institute, about 25% of the German population smoke regularly. Having smoked for 15 years myself and now being smoke-free for almost 5 years, I offer my experience and support to all smokers in two ways.
The habit, the taste, the feeling. Smoking simply brings you joy, and that's completely okay. However, I recommend that due to the increased micronutrient demand, you should consider getting a full blood mineral analysis once a year and plan for a vitamin C infusion course once or twice a year.
Why can a vitamin C treatment be useful?
Vitamin C-iv-treatments alone are not sufficient to fully compensate for the harmful effects of smoking. However, the infusions can be considered as a supportive measure to assist the body in detoxification and regeneration.
price per iv-treatment (7,5 g Vitamin C): 50 €
price for booking an 8-session-series: 370 €
price for a micronutrient-whole blood analysis: 80 €*
* The blood examination includes the following parameters: Calcium, Iron, Potassium, Copper, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Selenium, Zinc, Transcobalamin, wCRP, and Ferritin levels. Additional values such as B6, Folic Acid or Vitamin D are available upon request for an additional fee.
If you have reached the point where smoking is causing you more harm than pleasure, I can support you on your journey to a smoke-free life with various methods.
As a former smoker, I am familiar with the challenges and inner conflict one faces when trying to quit. I share my personal experiences and provide practical tips on how to successfully quit smoking. This involves not only the physical aspect of nicotine withdrawal but also the psychological and emotional hurdles that need to be overcome.
The journey to becoming smoke-free is often accompanied by setbacks. I support you in staying smoke-free in the long term and avoiding relapses. Drawing from my own experience, I know which strategies and techniques can help resist temptations and control the inner urge to smoke. I offer support in coping with stressful situations, managing withdrawal symptoms and developing healthy coping mechanisms.
Common methods include the NADA protocol (ear acupuncture) or body acupuncture. Both treatments can be complemented by an individual Bach flower remedy formulation.
price for a NADA-session (ear acupuncture): 50 €
price for body acupuncture: 60 €
price for Bach Flower Remedy blend: 15 €
If you would like a consultation regarding the therapy process or treatment options in advance, please feel free to schedule a complimentary phone call ("Kostenloses Kennenlerngespräch"). Please note that this conversation will not include any therapeutic advice and is solely for us to get to know each other. The maximum duration of this initial consultation is 15 minutes.
To get the most accurate overview of all relevant information, I take a lot of time for you in our initial session. Please plan for approximately two hours for this.
The more detailed you describe your symptoms to me, the better I can make a possible diagnosis. This includes things like the type and duration of your discomfort, possible triggers or accompanying circumstances, any pre-existing conditions or medications you are taking, as well as family history of illnesses.
Following the initial medical history, necessary laboratory tests will be ordered or I will provide you with appropriate test kits for home use.
Please bring the following items to the first appointment:
Based on the initial assessment and the laboratory tests ordered, I will create a detailed treatment plan for you. We will go through the results and the exact implementation of your treatment plan step by steht at the follow-up appointment. You can then ask me any questions you have about it.
Cost: 160€ for the initial assessment (fixed price)
40 - 80 € for follow-up appointments (20 € for each started quarter hour)
Extensive laboratory parameters from blood, urine, stool and saliva can be used to detect not only organic but also functional disorders in humans.
To conduct a comprehensive assessment of your health status and the functioning of the affected organs, I examine blood values that often go far beyond the usual parameters of a general practitioner. I do not just look at the individual abnormal values, but rather consider the interaction of all collected values.
The following laboratory diagnostics are frequently used in my practice:
We will determine the exact scope of laboratory diagnostics together and I will provide you with detailed information on the associated costs in advance. Saliva tests, stool samples and urine tests will be collected by you at home and sent directly to the laboratory in a pre-addressed envelope. You will receive the necessary materials with precise instructions directly from me at the practice.
Initial assessment (90 - 120 minutes) 160 €
Follow-up appointment 50 - 60 minutes (also available over the phone or via Zoom) 80 €
Follow-up appointment 20 - 30 minutes (also available over the phone or via Zoom) 50 €
NADA-protocoll 50 € (single session) or 35 € per person with two or more participants at the same time
Tolerance and openness are absolutely natural and not worth mentioning for me. I treat every person, whether female, male or transgender and I explicitly enjoy working with all members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
The methods of Chinese Medicine and naturopathy are only partially recognized by evidence-based medicine. In my practice, I also use proven methods of experience-based medicine that are not scientifically recognized.
