Menstrual pain and taking up to 6 Ibuprofen per cycle were a normal part of my life for almost 18 years. Now, I have personally experienced and learned that there are other ways. I share my knowledge wholeheartedly and support you in enjoying a life with less pain.
Due to my severe eczema as a child and a very bothersome rosacea as a young woman, I can empathize well with other skin conditions and feel with my patients - whether they are young or old.
I was born in the late eighties in Berlin-Wedding, at a time when the air in Berlin was still poor and croup as well as chronic bronchitis determined my daily life. I was thoroughly trained as a naturopath at the Samuel Hahnemann School in a wide range of therapy subjects. After passing the examination in November 2019 before the health department by the district medical officer, I dedicated myself to my most beautiful and intense life task for two years after the birth of my fantastic child. The fact that I have turned my vocation into a profession was confirmed for me when I opened my own practice.
Every new case challenges me on all levels, and it is a very satisfying feeling when we discover the underlying cause of your problem and find a solution for it. It is natural for me to constantly deepen and expand my knowledge to benefit my patients with up-to-date research findings.
Attending specialized training courses, as well as in-person and online seminars, is a necessity for me and brings me immense joy. I am in regular contact with colleagues from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the USA. Reading international scientific and medical journals, studying relevant research findings, complement my knowledge and form the foundation of my work.

Please note that this conversation will not include any therapeutic advice and is solely for us to get to know each other. The maximum duration of this initial consultation is 15 minutes.
To get the most accurate overview of all relevant information, I take a lot of time for you in our initial session. Please plan for approximately two hours for this.
The more detailed you describe your symptoms to me, the better I can make a possible diagnosis. This includes things like the type and duration of your discomfort, possible triggers or accompanying circumstances, any pre-existing conditions or medications you are taking, as well as family history of illnesses.
Following the initial medical history, necessary laboratory tests will be ordered or I will provide you with appropriate test kits for home use.

Based on the initial assessment and the laboratory tests ordered, I will create a detailed treatment plan for you. We will go through the results and the exact implementation of your treatment plan step by steht at the follow-up appointment. You can then ask me any questions you have about it.

40 - 80 € for follow-up appointments (20 € for each started quarter hour)
Extensive laboratory parameters from blood, urine, stool and saliva can be used to detect not only organic but also functional disorders in humans.
To conduct a comprehensive assessment of your health status and the functioning of the affected organs, I examine blood values that often go far beyond the usual parameters of a general practitioner. I do not just look at the individual abnormal values, but rather consider the interaction of all collected values.
The following laboratory diagnostics are frequently used in my practice:
We will determine the exact scope of laboratory diagnostics together and I will provide you with detailed information on the associated costs in advance. Saliva tests, stool samples and urine tests will be collected by you at home and sent directly to the laboratory in a pre-addressed envelope. You will receive the necessary materials with precise instructions directly from me at the practice.

Tolerance and openness are absolutely natural and not worth mentioning for me. I treat every person, whether female, male or transgender and I explicitly enjoy working with all members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
The methods of Chinese Medicine and naturopathy are only partially recognized by evidence-based medicine. In my practice, I also use proven methods of experience-based medicine that are not scientifically recognized.
